"I have had Dave do auto work on my car for a number of years and I view him as a great auto shop leader. His focus is on getting the job done right and does not escalate prices to make more profit as some companies do. Two months ago my son took his car to an auto shop I did not know. It was a costly repair job. Then when he was out of town his car was losing steering ability of the rear tires. He insisted on driving at 35 mph to get home. My son wouldn't stop and let me pick him up. We took it to Dave's shop and they said that this shouldn't have happened after the earlier work. They showed my the parts and told me I should go to the other repair shop and advocate that they refund some of the costs. I would never have done that unless he had told me to do so.He took the time to share what would be important to tell them about the repair. I went to the other shop and got 1300 dollar refund to my credit card....Dave's shop is both skilled and most importantly an advocate for the customer. That is so unusual in auto repair shops. I thank him and his skilled team for their honesty, skills, and ability to minimize costs for their customers.....They are a real jewel in this world. Thanks to Dave and his staff."
